If something’s not right, we’ve got a simple return & refund process for you.
General Conditions:
- If you receive a faulty or leaking product, let us know within 48 hours for a replacement.
- Items bought on sale are final—no returns or refunds.
Kindly note that cosmetic and personal care products are considered personal-use items and, in accordance with Consumer Protection regulations, are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item or there is a missing product in your order, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How to Request a Return
- If you'd like to request a return, simply send us a message on Facebook or Instagram with your order number, and we’ll assist you with the process.
Refunds

Shipping Fees
We cover return or exchange shipping costs in the following cases:
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- An error occurred on our side when processing your order.
- In all other cases, shipping fees are the customer's responsibility
