  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is on its way.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Delivery in 2 –7 business days, depending on your location.

3. Order Tracking

  • Get your tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

4. Shipping Delays

  • Occasionally, delays may occur (due to national events, weather, etc.). We’ll keep you updated.


5. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours with photos and details. We’ll make it right.
